Our focus is on providing you with comfortable, authentic and stylish accommodation.

We make your stay comfortable. We offer flats for as long as you need, whether it is a few days accommodation for your leisure or business trip, or if you plan to live for a period of time in a new city. We find the perfect solution for you. Flats that combine design and comfort, functional and fully equipped accommodation to meet all your needs.
 

The prices are shown with taxes included, and include the accommodation service, towels, sheets, as well as kitchen utensils, crockery and other utensils necessary to live in the house. To consult the details of each flat, please see the accommodation file. All utilities are also included: water, electricity, heating, air conditioning and internet.

Cleaning is an extra charge per stay and is indicated in the booking process.

Additionally, for stays of more than 30 days, there is a deposit not included in the price to be paid before check-in and will be returned in full, within 5 days, if no damage has occurred.

Our website is very simple and intuitive. To make a reservation, follow these steps:

1. Enter the destination, the dates of travel, the number of people in the search engine located at the top of our website and click on "search".

2. You will then be offered a range of accommodation options based on the parameters you have previously selected.

3. Once you have decided on the ideal flat, simply click on the "Book" button.

4. You will need to enter your personal details in the "Personal Details" section.

5. Finally, enter your credit or debit card details to guarantee and confirm the booking.

NO PAYMENT IN ADVANCE. We will not charge you anything yet, we only need your card details to confirm your booking.

The amount of your booking will only be charged once the free cancellation date has expired.

6. Once this process has been completed, you will receive the confirmation and all the details of your booking in the email address you have provided.

In the same email you will have access to your personal space "RESERVATION APP" where you can see all the details of your booking as well as the information necessary for check-in and the instructions for accessing your flat.

In most of our apartments the Check-In is automatic.

Once you have made your booking you will have access to your personal space "APP RESERVATION" where you will be able to see all the details of your booking.

In this same space will be shown the key of your apartment (automatic code) and the instructions for you to know how to access your apartment.

This way, no matter what time you arrive, you will always be able to enter the flat independently.

For Check-Out, you will simply have to leave the flat at the time indicated above without worrying about anything else.
