Our web is very simple and user-friendly. For the management of your reservation, you just enter the destination, the travel dates, the number of persons and the rooms in the apartment in the search engine, located in the top of our web, on the main photo or video, and click on “search”.

There you will be offered a series of options based on the previously selected parameters.
Once you have decided on the ideal apartment, just click on “Reserve”.
You must enter your personal information in the “Details of the reservation” section, or by logging-in beforehand, which will allow you to go faster the next time. 

Finally, enter the information related to your credit or debit card to proceed for the secure payment of the deposit for your reservation. 

Read and then accept our conditions of use, clicking on the corresponding box. At this moment, you may pay with card or PayPal. Once the process is concluded, you will receive the confirmation of your reservation to the electronic mail entered, together with the check-in information and the contact telephone. In case you don’t, you should contact info@welcomergroup.com.
 

The easiest way is to contact us, and we will help you solve the incident promptly.

The prices are shown with taxes included, and they include the accommodations, towels, sheets, as well as kitchen utensils, plates and other items necessary to inhabit the house. For details on each apartment, please visit the accommodations file. 
Cleaning is an extra charge made for the stay and is mentioned in the reservation process.
Additionally, there is a guarantee, not included in the 200€ price, which will be paid at the moment you check-in and that will be returned completely in a period not to exceed 7 days, if no damages have been produced.
 

It is possible that the process of sending the confirmation of your reservation may be delayed up to 24h. In the case of reservations made during weekends or holidays this period may be delayed up to 48h.

The information related to your stay and that the reservation has been successfully completed. It will mention the address of the apartment, as well as the name and telephone number of the contact person and the total amount of the accommodations contracted.

You can verify the forms of payment on our web page, through the file of the apartment. The final payment may be made with a card or directly to our PayPal account.

You must present your confirmed reservation. It is mandatory to present the DNI Identification or Passport of each of the travellers, and leave a credit card in case you have to make a guarantee deposit.   
 

The keys will be handed to you in the selected apartment. However, the rest of the additional information will be found in the confirmation email. 
 

Arrival will be made in the afternoon and departure in the morning. The exact times will depend on the apartment selected and they will be specified in your confirmation. 
 

Smoking is not allowed in our apartments. However, you may do so in their balconies and/or terraces.

Unfortunately we do not accept companion animals in our apartments. 

Parties are not allowed in the apartments or common areas.
As set forth in our conditions, the rest of our neighbors must be respected rigorously by all guests. That is why it is not allowed to host parties in the apartment and no noise can be made after 22:00 hours both in the apartment and the common areas. Clients oblige to act with utmost courtesy and respect towards the residents of the building and other neighbors of the apartment. 

No. The reservation includes an additional charge to make the basic cleaning of the apartment, so it is not necessary for you to clean it. We only ask that it is tidy and has no garbage. You may use the containers set out on the street.
